Introduction

We are proud to announce that Mavarick has joined FactoryXChange, a major new national programme designed to support Irish manufacturers as they navigate rising costs, regulatory pressure, sustainability targets, and accelerating digital transformation.

FactoryXChange is a €5.7 million, three-year initiative, backed by the European Commission and Enterprise Ireland, and delivered by a consortium of 17 specialist partners from across Ireland. The programme is led by Irish Manufacturing Research (IMR) and brings together expertise in digitalisation, sustainability, operations, and advanced manufacturing to deliver practical, highly subsidised support to companies across the manufacturing sector.

The objective of FactoryXChange is simple: measurable impact for manufacturers. The programme is designed to help companies improve productivity, strengthen resilience, reduce environmental impact, and build the skills and systems needed for long-term competitiveness.

Mavarick’s Role in FactoryXChange

As part of the FactoryXChange consortium, Mavarick will support manufacturers in strengthening supply-chain resilience while meeting growing regulatory and sustainability demands.

We will deploy our AI-driven supply-chain data automation platform to help manufacturers gain:

  • Greater visibility across their supply chains
  • More reliable and structured data
  • Clearer insight into cost, risk and emissions

This allows organisations to move beyond fragmented spreadsheets and manual reporting, enabling more informed, faster and more confident decision-making. The goal is not data collection for its own sake, but more resilient, compliant and future-ready operations.

By improving how supply-chain data is captured, validated and analysed, manufacturers can respond more effectively to disruptions, reduce exposure to risk, and demonstrate compliance with emerging sustainability and regulatory frameworks.

A Strong National Consortium

FactoryXChange brings together a highly capable network of national and regional partners, each contributing specialist knowledge across manufacturing, digitalisation, sustainability and innovation. Under the leadership of Irish Manufacturing Research, the consortium is focused on delivering real-world outcomes that matter across the entire manufacturing value chain.

We are excited to work alongside our fellow partners to help Irish manufacturers adapt, innovate and thrive in an increasingly complex global environment.
